(iii) [6, 5, 4 || 5, 4, 3 || 4, 3, 2 || 3, 2, 1]

DAY 1

Practice (i) for 1 hour, and try speeding up.

DAY2

Practice (i) for 15 mins

Practice (ii) for 1 hour and try speeding up

DAY3

Practice (i) & (ii) for 20 mins

Practice (iii) for 1 hour and try speeding up

DAY4

Practice (i) & (ii) for 15 mins

Practice (iii) for 15 mins

Practice (iv) for 1 hour and try speeding up

DAY5

Practice (i), (ii) & (iii) for 20 mins

Practice (iii) for 15 mins

And Each Time You are Practicing Try Speeding Up than before
