CAST

Aditya Diwan who is  a billionaire, has various business, including a soft drink company, and also has various hotels all over the Globe. This Guy also decides to open a clinic (super specialty) in honor of hos brother who is deceased. This guys Aditya gets married with Siya who was also intimate with Adiya's brother before. And in this way everything was going perfectly. 
This was the Point when a business tycoon, Saurabh enters Aditya's Life.
The business tycoon gives a business proposal to Aditya, which includes Siya.. And Hence starts a war between this two..
Saurabh who knows many tactics, bribes one of Aditya's factory man, to put dangerous pesticides in his cola company products, which made him to shut down the factory.
On the other hand, Kaya, is Aditya's one of  the most trusted worker in factory.
Kaya goes to Saurabh and tells him tahat she would provide him with many internal information. But, in reality Kaya was double crossing Saurabh and wanted to provide him with all fake information.
But Saurabh tells Kaya about her sister committing suicide, and how Aditya was responsible for all this, and he does it all to really make Kaya against Aditya.
Saurabh also gets a politician arrested by decoding Aidtya's and Kaya's telephone conversation, where they speaks to transport Rs 1 crore to this minister. On arrest of the politician leader, Aditya gets a big Bang.
Kaya wanted to get rid of herself from getting crushed between this two business tycoon, but before anything could happen, Saurabh kills Kaya.
But, Saurabh, proves that Kaya was murdered by Aditya.
On the other hand, Siya seeing all this she dicides to compromise with Saurabh, and after meeting him, she realizes Saurabh to be Aditya's elder brother Vikram from a tattoo seen on him.
Vikram was actually murdered by Aditya & Siya, both of them planned a plance crush to kill this guy, and get all his belongings, and money. But Vikram survives the plance crush, and does a plastic surgery to become Saurabh, and becoming Saurabh, he comes back to seek revenge.
Saurabh tells Siya, that if she want to see his husband inncoent, then she will need to write both of their property to him. Siya instead of writing their property poisons Saurabh and gets the proof of innocence, and on the other hand Saurabh ends up in the Hospital.
Saurabh runs from hospital, and goes to Aditya.
Then there is an action scene, between Aditya and Saurabh, where Saurabh manages to kill Aditya and Siya both.
Later it was revealed that Saurabh is Karan, and Karan is Vikram's friend.
Vikram though survived the plane crash, but got disabled and his good friend Karan took all her revenges, it was also showed then that Karan was made the legal heir of all of Vikram's Property.
